Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

- Women aged 18 years and older

- Being literate in reading and writing

- Tend to participate with informed consent to share information, and participate

- Women own a smartphone and the ability to use it

- Willingness to participate in research

- Ability to understand and answer the questionnaire

- Participating in a parallel training program*

- Failure to complete the questionnaire before or after the educational intervention

- The woman who is not interested in the subject of the curriculum

  1. * “Participating in a parallel training program” refers to individuals who are actively enrolled in any other educational or training program related to health, environmental issues, or topics overlapping with the study content during the intervention period. This criterion was included to prevent potential contamination of the intervention effect and ensure that the outcomes measured are solely attributable to the educational program being studied
